Terra NOVAI was actually overseas when I had initially contact them for assistance, they were very quick to set up a time to call and speak with me hear my questions and concerns. When I returned to the area I was quickly set up with an appointment to meet with David and talk about what I needed in more detail. Upon speaking with him he did some research and upon realizing he could not help, gave me an option to not move forward, at no cost to me.
